Refunds
Currently, the only paid offering on our website is Paani Eco’s Planeteers Workshop, which is a 4-session workshop, conducted online. Therefore, this policy caters only to a refund in case of the workshop. The total, flat fee for the workshop is Rs. 400 (inclusive of taxes) and is not distributed or divided session-wise.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have emailed planeteers@paanieco.in at least 2 hours before your workshop begins, with your payment receipt or registration details. You must also have used the same email ID which you had entered at the time of registration, for us to be able to corroborate your payment.
You will not be eligible for a refund if you:
(i) Attend a part of any session or a complete session, and email us after that;
(ii) Ask for it once the workshop has begun or is already over;
(iii) Email us from a non-registered ID and ask for a refund for yourself or someone else;
(iv) Email us from a registered ID but ask for a refund for someone else.
Processing of Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be transferred to your original payment method. We use Razorpay as the secure payment gateway to process all fees. When you ask for a refund, Paani Eco LLP will refund you the workshop amount minus the small transaction fee and GST charged by Razorpay. Know more about the % of this fee here.
Rescheduling
If you email us for a refund after the workshop has already begun or has been completed, you will not be eligible for the same. However, we will be able to help you reschedule the workshop for a mutually convenient set of dates, if you wish to do so.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days, first check the account linked to your mode of payment. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at planeteers@paanieco.in.
Gifts
You cannot transfer ownership of your registration for the Planeteers Workshop. If you wish to gift someone the workshop, please use their name, email ID, etc. at the time of registration.
